It is with great pleasure to announce that with 20 days left to go on Cabo Vegan’s investment campaign, we were able to surpass our target of 50k, maximizing our investment at 75k, from 101 investors!
First and foremost we would like to thank each and every investor for believing in our dream. The driving force that keeps our dream alive is love; A Love for all living beings, for community, culture and fellowship. Our hearts are filled with love and gratitude from the support of our community. Every investment that came in took on the form of a big warm hug of support and encouragement! Thank you! (Obrigado!)

The funds that you helped us raise through Mainvest will allow us to purchase equipment, furniture, fixtures and assist with the build out of our first location in downtown Brockton. We are working closely with the city of Brockton’s Redevelopment Authority to utilize the city’s kitchen infrastructure loan for the construction of our restaurant. The real construction started with this investment campaign, as our community rallied around us to support.
We have partnered up with various organizations here in Brockton and are scheduled at a few pop-up events this spring and summer, as we await the build out of the restaurant.
We can proudly say that Cabo Vegan was built off the strength of our community. We had support from the local community, the vegan community and folks who simply shared/supported because they believed in our vision.
